The health and human rights of children and young people detained in the criminal justice system in Cameroon, sets out how we can recognize risk factors for future offending and seize the opportunity to intervene. Prisoner's Support Cameroon can not afford to sit on the fence. For the past two years or so, a lot of youths have been detained all around the stinking and poorly managed cells in Cameroon for no crime committed. Youths are arbitrary arrested and locked up because of the present Anglophone crisis that the country is facing. We at PSC want to curb this already deteriorating trend which is killing the growth of our economy by organizing a workshop at the University of Buea (ubuea.com) where we will invite 15 students each from 15 secondary schools across the city of Buea which is the regional headquarter of the South West Region. Our main goal will be to train these students to be ambassadors and advocates against crimes in their various schools.
